Bridal Bookings

Deposits & Booking:

– A 20% deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
– The deposit is refundable only within 7 days of payment. After this period, it becomes non-refundable.
– Your date is only confirmed once the deposit is received and a signed agreement is in place.

Final Payment:
– The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding day.
– If payment is not received in time, the booking may be cancelled.

Trials:
– Trials are optional but strongly recommended.
– Trials can be rescheduled or cancelled with sufficient notice.
– If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the trial fee may be retained.
– Trial payments are non-refundable once the trial has taken place.

Changes & Cancellations:
– Changes to the date, time, location, or party size must be communicated well in advance.

– Late changes may result in limited availability or additional charges.

– Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Early Start Times & Extra Services:

– Very early start times (before 6:30am) or large bridal parties may require an additional artist or attract a surcharge.
– Any additional services added after final confirmation are subject to availability and may be invoiced separately.

Client Responsibilities:
– The client must confirm all final details (location, timing, number of people) at least 14 days before the wedding day.
– Clear communication ensures a smooth experience on the day.

Commercial,Fashion,Editorial & Photoshoot Bookings

Deposits & Payment Terms:
– A 20% deposit may be required for prep-heavy or multi-day projects.
– Invoices are issued either in advance or on the day of work, depending on the nature of the job.
– All payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Late payments may incur additional admin or interest fees.

Project Details & On-Set Requirements:
– Clients must provide clear information including:
– Location and access
– Call times
– Creative briefs or direction
– Any special requirements (e.g. wardrobe, continuity, multiple looks)
– Overtime, kit fees, or last-minute changes may be invoiced separately depending on scope and availability.

Cancellations:
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may be subject to a charge of 50-100% of the agreed rate,
depending on the prep involved.

Terms & Conditions

Travel & Additional Costs
– Travel fees apply for jobs located 10 miles or more from base.
– If the job location changes prior to the booking date, the new distance may be re-calculated and added to the final
invoice.
– Additional costs such as parking, congestion charges, or overnight stays may also apply and will be discussed in
advance where possible.

General Client Responsibilities
– Clients are responsible for:
– Confirming all logistical details in good time
– Providing accurate and complete information (e.g. addresses, timing, access)
– Ensuring on-site conditions are suitable (e.g. workspace, lighting, access to power)
– Miscommunication or incomplete info may result in delays, reduced service time, or additional costs
